To create a new mod:

1)  Choose ‘New’ from the File menu.
2)  Enter the number of voices you want your new song to have.  You can change this number at any time.
3)  Load some instruments by choosing ‘Load Instruments’ from the Instruments menu.
4)  Open the Editor window and choose an editor view to use:  either standard or staff.
5)  Start composing by inserting notes. (See the Editors section of the help system)
6)  Set up the sequence table, making sure you don't have any gaps in the sequence.  (See the Sequencing section of the help system)
7)  Save your song.  Congratulations, you have just created a mod!
